I have been a test supervisor and proctor for ND CDE for over 20 years. I can say that students are prepared for the next level after taking classes from ND CDE. I do recommend them as a top choice for independent study. I currently have a student taking several classes and she is doing well, talks about the feedback, and acts like she is personally acquainted with each of her individual teachers. She refers to them by name when references are made! I have read some of the comments sent back by the instructors, and they appear to be personally interested in the student.
